1. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

2. Nature of the Service (The "Intermediary" Clause)

The Application serves as a recipe discovery tool and an interface to facilitate the transfer of ingredient lists to third-party supermarket retailers ("Retailers").

By using the Application, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service Provider is not a retailer, vendor, or seller of grocery products.
• The Service Provider acts solely as an intermediary to recommend products and facilitate the creation of a shopping basket.
• The contract of sale for any goods purchased is strictly between you (the User) and the Retailer. The Service Provider is not a party to that transaction.

3. Pricing and Availability

• Indicative Pricing: Prices displayed in the Application are estimates provided for convenience only. Real-time pricing is determined solely by the Retailer. The Service Provider does not warrant that the price shown in the Application matches the final price at the Retailer's checkout.
• Stock Availability: The Service Provider does not guarantee stock availability. Modifications, substitutions, or "out of stock" removals made by the Retailer are outside the control of the Service Provider.
• Retailer Changes: The Service Provider reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported Retailers at any time without prior notice.

4. Basket Transfer & User Responsibility

The Application utilizes automation to transfer items to the Retailer's online basket. Due to technical limitations, API changes, or data sync errors, this process may not always be 100% accurate.

• Verification: It is the User's sole responsibility to verify the contents of their basket on the Retailer's website/app before completing the purchase. You must ensure all required items are present and that quantities are correct.
• No Liability for Missing Items: The Service Provider is not liable for any inconvenience or damages caused by items failing to transfer to the basket.
• Pack Sizes & Surplus: Ingredients are matched to the closest available retail pack size (e.g., a 1kg bag of flour for a 100g recipe requirement). The Service Provider is not liable for the cost of surplus food or "waste" resulting from retail packaging constraints.
• Pantry Staples: Standard pantry items (including but not limited to oil, salt, pepper, water, and common spices) are not automatically added to the basket. It is your responsibility to ensure you have these items.

5. Health, Allergies, and Nutrition

• Allergies & Intolerance: While the Service Provider uses reasonable endeavors to curate recipe content, we cannot guarantee the ingredient composition of specific branded products sold by Retailers, which may vary by region or manufacturer. You are strictly responsible for reading the physical product label upon delivery to check for allergens. The Service Provider accepts no liability for allergic reactions or intolerances resulting from products recommended via the Application.
• Nutritional Data: Nutritional information displayed is an estimate based on generic ingredients. Actual nutritional values will vary based on the specific brands purchased, portion sizes, and cooking methods. This data does not constitute medical advice.

6. Retailer Liability (Third-Party Liability Shift)

You agree that the Service Provider is not liable for any issues arising from the fulfillment of your order, including but not limited to:

• Delivery: Late, missing, or failed deliveries.
• Payment: Payment processing errors, double charges, or fraud occurring on the Retailer's platform.
• Product Quality: Freshness, shelf-life, "use-by" dates, or damaged goods.
• Product Safety: Product recalls or safety warnings issued by the manufacturer or Retailer.

7. Cooking Safety & Guidelines

The Application provides instructions for preparation and cooking which are intended as indicative guidelines only.

• Estimates Only: All preparation times, cooking times, temperatures, and portion sizes are estimates. Actual results will vary significantly depending on the specific appliances used (e.g., oven calibration), the specific cookware used, and the exact nature of the ingredients purchased (e.g., thickness of meat cuts, size of vegetables).
• Packaging Precedence: It is the User's strict responsibility to follow the specific storage, handling, and cooking instructions provided on the packaging of the actual ingredients purchased from the Retailer. You must follow the packaging instructions, particularly regarding food safety and cooking temperatures.
• User Judgment: You are responsible for using your own judgment to ensure food is cooked to a safe internal temperature and is safe to consume. The Service Provider is not liable for any personal injury, kitchen accidents, or food-borne illness resulting from the preparation of recipes found in the Application.

8. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclaimers

The Application may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning technologies to generate content, including but not limited to recipe text, instructions, and food imagery.

• Illustrative Images: Images displayed in the Application may be AI-generated simulations. They are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately reflect the visual appearance of the final cooked dish.
• Content Accuracy: While we strive for quality, AI-generated text and instructions may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You should use common sense and personal judgment when following any instructions or recommendations in the Application.

9. Technical Terms & Device Usage

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

10. Connectivity & Data

The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance. If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges.

11. Limitations of Liability

The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is updated and accurate at all times, but relies on third parties (Retailers) to provide information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the application.

12. Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
